I am a certified Resonance Repatterning practitioner and emotional release facilitator. One of my visions is to be a professional relationship coach, and to lead transformational workshops. I love to have fun, to laugh, be silly, and also to seriously make a difference in people's lives. ;-)

One of my intentions is to be a warm, loving, encouraging space for those around me to open up their hearts and allow their inner light to shine through. To me, love for oneself is the foundation for which amazing lives can be lived. It is here that a person can acknowledge that he or she has something important to offer, and finds the courage and strength to share that gift with the world.

A note about my picture of the four leaf clover …

Four leaf clovers remind me of my Grammy. She is the sweetest, most generous, and most loving person I've ever known. As a child, I used to say “I want to be like Grammy.” When her and I went for walks, we would look for four leaf clovers. She always seemed to find them so easily. Now, I do, too.
